We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every REAMOÉ piece.
If for any reason your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.


Returns for faulty or damaged items
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn and in its original condition
Original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase is required


Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Please note that while we process refunds promptly once approved, processing times may vary and can be influenced by your financial institution.
